About me

Communication is the art and science of conveying meaning, and when it comes to communicating who I am, I will no doubt fail.

I could tell you that I'm South African by birth, Irish by descent, and stand at 5'11 with a beard - but you'd likely miss me in a crowd. I could tell you that I'm an avid photographer, and that I spend too much time writing - yet you would not recognize my photography nor writing.

I could tell you a great many things about myself - both seen and unseen - yet knowing these things will never be the same as knowing me. Instead, I invite you to know the works I publish here, the fragment of myself I choose to share, for through that fragment you might glimpse the faintest glimmer of who I truly am.
